Kopernik

Getting involved with Kopernik can be a rich learning experience for students of all ages.  Through Kopernik students can:

• Learn about the challenges that many people in developing countries are faced with

• Learn about a wide range of life-changing technologies being invented and applied in developing countries

• Understand how simple technologies can have huge impact in improving socio-economic productivity of the people,

• Experience the development process together with the people they support through the website

• Develop empathy for others

Students can get involved by:

• Starting a Kopernik fundraising group.  Students can pick a specific project and technology and organize fund-raising and awareness raising activities around the project.
