I thought the straw would be a good idea for our survival equipment but it has to be used along with something that will actually kill dangerous viruses and bacteria.

Nice light. Easy to use. Not quite as bright as I'd hoped for, but still lets me get around in a dark room.

My wife and I use these all the time. Work great as flashlights and for reading while camping. It does take two days to recharge them completely but then they are good to go for a month or so. I also use them for working in tight spaces like under kitchen sinks. They light up the whole area and do not have to be held like a flashlight. Great product.

Recently, a picture of a police officer giving winter boots to a barefoot homeless man in New York City went viral. The 25-year-old police officer had no idea that his picture was being taken, he bought the boots because he couldn’t imagine how cold that man must have been. The weather in New York is cold, really cold, right now.

Now the police officer keeps the receipt in his vest “to remind me that sometimes people have it worse.”

It was indeed a joy to receive this little beauty. Very efficient and extremely energy friendly. It instantly got many people interested. Living where were are in Rural India with heavy powercuts. It's a blessing for all the lightless homes!

Likes:

-4 power settings with the low setting providing up to 100 hours of light before recharging

-superior solar panel for faster charging

-luminosity of light on high. The 250 designation might refer to lumens. It is much brighter than our 200 lumen rated lantern.

-option to recharge through AC charger. We just happen to have a charger that works with this light, but we need to use an adapter.

Dislikes:

-connectors at both ends of solar panel look flimsy

-lamp is not waterproof

D.Light S10 is brilliant! Unlike other competing products along similar-price-tag, its rugged construction gives you confidence that the product is shatter resistant, frosty glass ensures uniform light throughout the room. Fluorescent button is handy for switching on in dark. The product, although, does not seem to have a break circuit that prevents overcharging battery. Overall good value for money.
