Terra Weikel from Uganda came up with a brilliant idea on how to improve the digitalization of rural Uganda, to educate and raise awareness about computers and digitalisation, as well as to increase access to important and useful computing. The solution was to mount a computer inside an oil drum and paint it yellow, converting it into a digital tank (kiosk).
