To strengthen the impact of UNDP Armenia’s Kolba Lab - a social incubator initiative - Kopernik proposed a more systematic way of bringing new ideas from Kolba Lab to UNDP’s program work.
THE PROBLEM
UNDP Armenia wanted to further expand the impact of Kolba Lab, its own social innovation incubator, which offers a platform for citizens and innovators to involve themselves in the development process of a social start-up. Kolba Lab had initial success in supporting Armenian entrepreneurs and generated various citizen-led projects.
THE SOLUTION
Kopernik identified and analyzed the current programs of UNDP Armenia and the role of Kolba Lab within the organisation’s work. Later, Kopernik subsequently designed a more systematic approach to bring new ideas into UNDP Armenia's work, by enhancing the synergy between Kolba Lab's work and its mainstream program work.
This project is managed by Kopernik Solutions and implemented by PT Kopernik on behalf of our client.
