Passionate about public campaigns and communications, Ina helps Kopernik to strengthen their public advocacy and communications strategy, develop various content, manage media relations and local community events. She completed a Media Management study in a university in the Netherlands and started her career as a digital marketer for various companies in Berlin, Amsterdam, and Bali. Amidst fulfilling her growing interest in communications for development, she enjoys wall-climbing, futsal, and reading books in tranquil places around Bali.

Introducing Rumbia: a new NGO focused on renewable energy in Aceh »

Kopernik is proud to announce the launch of Rumbia, a new independent non-government organization originating from our North Aceh team. Rumbia was formed in order to address specific energy-related issues facing communities in the North Aceh region. The Rumbia organization will focus their efforts on renewable energy solutions and will continue to oversee the Wonder Women program in the region.

The ‘Market Hopper’ from East Sumba »

It’s only three o’clock in the morning, but the day has already begun for Mama Eta — one of Kopernik’s Wonder Women in East Sumba, Indonesia. For Mama Eta, every day begins like this, long before dawn. She wakes up at three, prepares breakfast, packs her things and catches a bus for a two-hour journey to any one of several neighbouring sub-district markets to sell her wares.
