Analyst / Senior Analyst (Partnerships & Business Development)

THE POSITION
Kopernik is currently hiring an Analyst or Senior Analyst who will work with our Operations and Partnerships Team to provide a range of services as part of our ongoing projects and other strategic initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop new business opportunities with public and private sector partners, technology developers, academic partners, and other stakeholders interested in engaging in the ‘last mile’ and providing products and services to address the needs of underserved communities.
  • Assist and support Kopernik’s emergency response program and activities.
  • Develop and prepare funding and partnership proposals.
  • Cultivate and co-manage client relationships.
  • Identify, research, and provide analysis on the potential of new project opportunities, in particular in the agriculture and fisheries; water, sanitation & health; environment, energy and climate; micro-entrepreneurship; and education sectors.
  • Design and manage socio-economic research on particular geographic locations in Indonesia and other developing countries.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data collected in the field.
  • Interpret and summarize findings in a succinct, visual way.
  • Propose actionable recommendations based on key findings.
  • Collaborate and assist other teams in Kopernik as needed.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Indonesian national.
  • Degree in a relevant discipline such as economics, commerce, business administration, or development studies (Master’s degree is preferred).
  • Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
  • 2-5 years of professional work experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • High energy levels.
  • A commitment to Kopernik’s values and reaching underserved communities.
  • Willingness to travel to remote communities.

Expected remuneration for this position is IDR 6,000,000 to maximum IDR 8,000,000 for Analyst position and IDR 8,000,000 to maximum IDR 12,000,000 for Senior Analyst position (depending on the experience and qualification of the successful candidate) and other benefits.
