With nearly a decade of experience in research and community engagement on the technosocial impacts of digital transformation across the global majority, Amelinda joins Kopernik’s Advisory Services team to support ground-level solutions for a more technologically just society.

Before joining Kopernik, she spent five years as a researcher and academic tutor at one of Indonesia’s leading universities, where she developed a strong interest in turning research into practical solutions for real-world challenges. She holds a Sociology degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada and a Master of Technology Governance from the Australian National University, awarded with Commendation. Amelinda is also active in GEDSI and digital rights advocacy, focusing on safer digital spaces for children, women, and marginalized communities. In her free time, she enjoys learning interesting trivia.
