With more than five years of experience in the academic sector in Indonesia and Denmark, Cita combines the rigor of research with lean experimentations to create people oriented solutions.
As a Senior Analyst for the Solutions Lab team, Cita uses ethnographic approaches to discover people's behavior and practices that make-or-break solution adoptions. Cita has a master's degree from the University of Agder and has worked at Aarhus University prior to joining Kopernik. Her experience conducting research on digital technology adoptions in the healthcare sector hones her expertise in the social development field and she plans to focus on solution technologies that are easy to integrate into people's lives. In her spare time, Cita listens to a lot of music from different genres and enjoys spending quality time with her family.
