Gumilang Andika

With a passion for finding effective ways to improve the lives and access of underserved communities, Gumilang has been an integral part of Kopernik for over five years. He has worked on a diverse range of themes, including women's economic empowerment, behavior change campaigns addressing plastic pollution, and sustainable fisheries and agriculture, as a member of four different teams. Throughout this time, he has taken on various roles, primarily in impact measurement, research, and community project implementation. As the Associate Program Manager, Gumilang leads the implementation of initiatives aimed at supporting the community, manages aspects of monitoring and evaluation, and conducts research and experimentation within the team. Outside of work, he enjoys going outside for a stroll, run, swim, or hike.
