As a Partnerships and Business Development Analyst at Kopernik, Rika brings people and ideas together to build partnerships and create meaningful impact.
With a background in Cultural Anthropology and Cultural Studies, Rika explores the connections between culture, tourism, and local communities in Bali. Before joining Kopernik, she worked at a social enterprise, designing cultural programs and collaborating with local artisans, communities, and government agencies. An LPDP scholarship recipient, she holds a master's degree in Cultural Studies and a bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology from Udayana University. At Kopernik, Rika aims to bridge research with scalable solutions by building networks and bringing diverse stakeholders together to work toward shared goals. Outside work, she enjoys running, exploring new coffee shops, and reading novels.
