THE POSITION

Location : Ubud , Bali

We are looking for a Content Creator and Social Media Fellow to join the Communications team. This fellowship is an exciting opportunity, ideal for fresh graduates or early-career creative professionals who are passionate about storytelling, digital culture, and social impact.

The fellow will gain hands-on experience in content creation and campaign development while contributing to meaningful initiatives. Responsibilities include supporting the creation and management of engaging content on Instagram and TikTok, with the goal of connecting with diverse audiences and amplifying our work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Help create and schedule content for Instagram and TikTok that supports our campaign goals.
• Contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions for content and campaign direction.
• Shoot and edit short videos and take photos for content.
• Write fun and engaging captions.
• Keep up with social media trends, hashtags, and styles.
• Use tools like Meta Business Suite and TikTok Scheduler to publish content.
• Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions with care and empathy.
• Help with collaborations with partners, influencers, or advocates.
• Track how content performs (reach, likes, followers, etc.) and help put together monthly reports.

SKILLS AND BEHAVIORS

• Passionate about social and environmental issues.
• Good communication skills in Indonesian and English.
• Detail-oriented and good at managing time.
• Creative and interested in storytelling through photos and videos.
• Interest or experience in youth issues, climate action, gender equality, or social justice.
• Comfortable working with different kinds of people and in advocacy spaces.
• Comfortable engaging with Gen Z and millennial audiences.
• Able to juggle a few things at once and meet deadlines.
• Open-minded, collaborative, and eager to learn.

REQUIREMENTS

• Indonesian national.
• Background in Communications or a related field.
• Experience in creating content for Instagram and TikTok.
• Familiar with editing apps like CapCut or VN.
• Comfortable using basic design tools such as Canva or similar tools.
• Familiar with Instagram and TikTok analytics.
• Familiar with topics related to youth, gender equality, inclusion, and climate.
• A commitment to Kopernik’s culture and values in reaching underserved communities and building a harmonious coexistence between people and the environment.
