With a strong interest in observing human relationships, Karmelita brings this passion into her role as a Program Associate for the PANGAN program at Kopernik.
With a background in social science, Karmelita is drawn to observing the dynamics and complexities of both individuals and societies, in across various times and places. As a full-time mother, she has been deeply moved by issues surrounding parenting, women, justice, regulation, and systems. Hope someday she can find her own voice. She finds joy in the work of observing, writing, caregiving. Her day is filed by play, work, and community.
