Kathleen's experience in finance and accounting services, along with her passion for the social development sector, has led her to join the Last Mile Consulting team at Kopernik as a Senior Analyst.

Kathleen's discovery of her calling in social work prompted her transition from a career in financial services to the social enterprises sector, driven by her belief that a fulfilling life is found in doing meaningful work.
