Amartya Gyani Andiraputri
As an Analyst in the Last Mile Consulting team, Amartya combines a passion for social justice and welfare with experience in ethnography and community-based research to help underserved communities.
Interested in issues surrounding migration, food sovereignty, cultural preservation, and socioeconomic inequality, Amartya joins the Last Mile Consulting team to incorporate optimistic enthusiasm with science-based approaches in addressing pressing issues in the last mile. With a bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Indonesia, Amartya is always looking for a link between the local and the global, both in identifying problems and finding solutions. Prior to joining Kopernik, Amartya worked with refugee communities and migrant workers in Jordan, helping deliver aid, document oral tradition, and provide psychological rehabilitation. Outside of work, Amartya is a Middle Eastern history junkie and Southeast Asian street food enthusiast.
