Anasthasia Rosye Herna

Associate Manager

Anasthasia is a development practitioner with 10 years of experience in the public and non-profit sectors in Indonesia, Japan, and the USA. As an Associate Manager for Last Mile Consulting, she brings her expertise in program design, program management, and monitoring & evaluation.

Anasthasia spent her early career in the public sector before shifting to the non-profit sector, where she found her true ikigai (purpose). Prior to joining Kopernik, she managed a Dutch global development program with a focus on improving higher education and Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET). In this role, she oversaw a diverse portfolio of projects related to the rule of law, food and nutrition security, and water management, which were implemented in Indonesia, including a scholarship program for professionals. Anasthasia has also worked extensively with students and knowledge institutions, focusing on scholarship management and experiential learning. She holds a master’s degree in International Relations from Waseda University, Japan. Outside of work, Anasthasia is a culture buff and enjoys traveling, photography, and visiting heritage sites.
