A communications specialist with more than 13 years of experience, Saras is leading the Communications Team in amplifying Kopernik's work by crafting innovative, cutting-edge narratives backed by robust data to influence and drive real action for people and the planet. With a bachelor's degree in communications from University of Indonesia, Saras spent her early professional years working as a copywriter in a multinational advertising agency. She then moved from Jakarta to Bali with a mission — to make people's lives better and live a better life. Prior to her current role at Kopernik, Saras was the Partnership Manager for leading festivals in Ubud including the Ubud Writers & Readers Festival. An avid reader and storyteller at heart, Saras believes the power of stories can help in bringing impact to society.
